Summary
The oldest and strongest Dragon grew tired of living choose to die when the Heroes come for his life. I have mixed feeling on that. I sort of do but don’t at the same time. It would be amazing if everything is done correctly but if not, then it will suck.

Oh shit! That would be a master piece but the story will have to be revolving around what happen b4 the Ancient Divine Dragon’s death. That would bring out the most magic :D

2 stars is fairly accurate the interaction between people in the beginning is fun but eventualy the authors uses the same tasteless description for any and all females -.- beatifull beatifull beatifull ect
Suddenly massive army attacks their city almoost like how you trigger a quest save damsel in distress>meet elfs> save village> beat 4 mighty overlords sigh -.- (i did like the the setting but the author clearly wishes to make this a battle story with over the top powers).
The thing that is the most tasteless of all things is how the author describes the behavior and gestures of the mc tru dragon that dragon power this dragon eyes this blablabla at first they didnt do this instead something> like this i posses more magic power by several times than most humans no need for every time he does something magicaly that we need to know his dragon soul blabla almoost feels like skyrim man -.-) .

Hell, you don’t even know how annoyed I am at the women beauty’s descriptions but it does get better later. Much later.
Don’t say suddenly an army attack a city, surprise invasion is the best, you caught your enemy off guard and rekt them. Which the devil did, if MC didn’t intervene, everyone would have died. Everyone. (later in the war god arc, it explain one’s qualification for becoming his retainer and man did that sound insane). As for all the soul and stuff, author is just trying to make an emphisis for later so he can stop using soul and stuff. Later, there are rarely any mention of it at all. Just boom, explosion, explosion, explosion.
Dragon Slayer/Dragonborn is a bad thing in this world. You don’t mess with intermediate class dragon or you will die even if you brought the same number of troops and 7 heroes on chapter 1.
Hope I didn’t spoil too much :P

I read the whole first volume and loved it, can’t wait for more!
One question I have though is does it indicate anywhere how much time passed since Dran died as a dragon and was reborn as a human? Like was it an instant transformation or has it been like 100 years since then and all those guys who killed him are dead now too?

The theme was very interesting but the way the autor used to integrate Selia and talk about Selia was way way too much that it feelt like drop the story, but i continue reading and found that the story is getting good.

What a terrible story. I had time to kill but I just couldn’t bring myself to finish reading the first volume.
Dran’s attitude keeps swinging between ‘superpowered human living as much as possible to live as a regular human’ and ‘uber legendary dragon who cares not for the trifles of mere mortals’. Selia literally goes from paranoid traveling stranger to ‘let me tell you my life’s story, my race’s biology, our social structure and our historical origins’ in the span of a few hours. Mairahl’s mere oracle almost negates an entire chapter.
That said, the translation itself is fine. Lots of small errors, but nothing a good readthrough can’t fix.
